§ 52.06 REMOVAL REQUIRED.
   In order to protect the health of the residents of the city, all refuse must be removed from the city limits and from areas within five miles of the city limits unless otherwise specified in the garbage and sanitation regulation from time to time set forth by the City Council or as otherwise provided by the City Council.
