§ 51.06 USAGE CHARGE.
   In addition to the increased base rate charge, effective July 1, 2017, the monthly usage charge will increase to $3.30 per 1,000 gallons used per connection or proportionate charge for gallons of water used in excess of any 1,000-gallon increment.
