§ 33.01 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM.
   The city formally adopts a Capital Improvement Program in accordance with MCA § 7-6-616. The capital improvement program shall be funded by an amount not to exceed 5% of the money received from the all-purpose levy, and shall be used in accordance with MCA § 7-6-616.
