§ 31.38 DEPUTY CLERK/TREASURER.
   The deputy City Clerk/Treasurer shall assist the City Clerk/Treasurer in the performance of Clerk/Treasurer duties as are required by state statute, as the City Council or Mayor may prescribe or as the City Clerk/Treasurer may direct and shall serve as acting City Clerk/Treasurer in the absence of the City Clerk/Treasurer.
