(A) The City Clerk/Treasurer shall perform such duties as are required by state statute for City Clerks and City Treasurers and such other duties as the City Council or Mayor may prescribe.
(B) For all purposes, including, without limitation, the administering of any state or city law, rule, ordinance, policy, or the like, the duties prescribed by law, rule, ordinance, policy, or the like to either the City Clerk and/or the City Treasurer shall be deemed to be the responsibility of the City Clerk/Treasurer established under this chapter.
