§ 154.040 YARDS.
   Every lot shall have the following yards:
   (A)   Front yard: 25 feet;
   (B)   Rear yard:
      (1)   Twenty feet behind principal structures; and
      (2)   Ten feet behind accessory structures.
   (C)   Side yards: eight feet each side.
