§ 31.15 PRINCIPAL OFFICERS.
   (A)   The executive officer of the city is the Mayor.
   (B)   The legislative officers are the Aldermen.
   (C)   There shall be a judicial officer termed a City Judge. A justice of the peace may also hold or fill the office of City Judge.
