(A) Review by city. The city has authority to review certificates of survey and amended plats to ensure that the affected real property has sufficient access or easements to allow for the construction, placement, repair, and maintenance of city utilities.
(B) Review by City-County Planning Office. All certificates of survey and amended plats must first be presented to and considered by the City-County Planning Office before filing with the County Clerk and Recorder.
