§ 152.074 EXISTING RESIDENTIAL AND NONRESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS.

Any alteration or substantial improvement to an existing building must meet the requirements of § 152.061 and the applicable requirements in §§ 152.085 through 152.088 for residential or non-residential buildings.
