(A) Area.
(1) The sign area per zone lot shall not exceed the smaller of the following:

(2) Off-premises signs shall not exceed 32 square feet. No more than three off-premises signs per zone lot.
(B) Height. The maximum height of a sign shall not exceed a height of 30 feet or six feet above the roofline of the building to which the sign is affixed, whichever is lower.
(C) Setback.
(1) All freestanding signs shall be set back a minimum of ten feet from the property line, measured from the property line to the nearest point of the sign.
(2) Any projecting sign, canopy, awning, or marquee shall not extend over the sidewalk closer than 18 inches from the back of the adjacent curb, nor shall it be lower than seven and one-half feet from the sidewalk which it overhangs.
(D) Lighting. Signs part of an awning, marquee, or canopy may be illuminated behind the logo or lettering only.
