§ 132.04 OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA PROHIBITED.

No person may operate or be in the actual physical control of any motor vehicle or other motorized form of transportation on public streets or roadways in the city while using or being under the influence of medical marijuana.
