§ 131.03 DISCHARGE PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge a weapon of any kind on city property. This section shall not apply to any law enforcement officer while in the discharge of his or her official duty nor to any person destroying a rabid animal nor for similar necessity.
