In all cases in which the premises wherein or whereupon the gaming operation for which a gaming license is sought are not wholly owned by the applicant, the applicant shall furnish to the city a statement of the name and address of the owner of such premises, a copy of all agreements whereby the applicant is entitled to possession of the premises and such other information as the city may require.
