At the time an applicant files his or her application for a gaming license, in addition to the fees mentioned, the applicant must furnish the City Clerk/Treasurer with satisfactory proof that the applicant holds a current liquor license, beverage license, or on-premises beer or wine license as issued by the state’s Department of Revenue, Liquor Control Division.
