(A) The city, its duly authorized representative, the County Attorney, or any peace officer shall have the right at any time to make an examination of the premises and to check the licensee’s books, records, and gaming equipment.
(B) (1) At all times, when any person other than the licensee or his or her employees are within or upon any premises licensed for gambling games, such premises shall be open to immediate inspection by the County Attorney, any peace officer, and any authorized representative of the city.
(2) Such persons shall have immediate access to the premises and all parts thereof.
(3) Doors of licensed premises shall not be locked while persons other than the licensee or his or her employees are within or upon such licensed premises.
