§ 11.02 WARDS.

   The city is hereby divided into two wards, as follows:

   (A)   All that portion of the city within its incorporated limits lying east of the center of the street designated on the official plats of the city as McLeod Street; and

   (B)   All that portion of the city within its incorporated limits lying west of the center of the street designated on the official plats of the city as McLeod Street.
