(A) If the licensee shall move his or her place of business to another location within the city, the license may be transferred to such new location upon application to the City Clerk/Treasurer, giving the street and number of the new location.
(B) If the business of the licensee is sold or transferred, the license may be transferred to the purchaser or transferee; provided, however, that the City Clerk/Treasurer shall be notified of such transfer.
