(A) Required. No liquor license required by this chapter for any retailer shall be issued until the applicant therefor has been granted a license by the state’s Liquor Control Board.
(B) Revocation, withdrawal, or suspension. Any revocation, withdrawal, or suspension of any license granted by the state pursuant to the state’s Retail Liquor License Act, being MCA §§ 16-4-101 et seq., shall at once and simultaneously therewith operate also as a revocation, withdrawal, or suspension, as the case may be, of any license granted by the city under the provisions of this chapter.
