§ 113.04 FEES.
   (A)   Beer retailer’s fee. No retailer who is licensed by the state to sell beer shall sell beer within the city unless such retailer has paid an annual fee to the city in an amount set by resolution of the City Council.
   (B)   Wine amendment fee. Any licensed beer retailer who possesses a wine amendment to his or her beer license, as issued by the state, may, upon payment of an annual fee to be set by resolution of the City Council, receive an amendment to said license permitting him or her to sell wine within the city.
   (C)   Liquor retailer’s fee. The fee for a city license to sell liquor shall be set by resolution of the City Council.
   (D)   Collection; receipt. The fees shall be collected by the City Clerk/Treasurer, who shall give a receipt therefor.
