§ 112.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person violating a provision of §§ 112.02 through 112.06 or which another penalty has not been provided shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99.

   (C)   Any person violating a provision of §§ 112.20 through 112.27 for which another penalty has not been provided shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99.

   (D)   Any person violating a provision of §§ 112.41 through 112.44 for which another penalty has not been provided shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99.
