(A) Right of entry. Any business licensed under this title shall, at all times, be subject to inspection by officials of the city. The licensee and/or employees of such licensee shall at all times permit any official of the city to enter the premises where such licensed business is conducted, for inspection of such premises and the activity under license.
(B) Restriction or obstruction of city official. It is unlawful for any person to restrict or obstruct any city official in the exercise of the right of entry to a licensed premises or the inspection of any licensed activity.
