§ 93.20 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   NOXIOUS WEEDS. All rank vegetable growth of every kind and nature, including, but not limited to, dandelions and all weeds known as Canada thistle, Scotch bull thistle, Russia thistle, sow thistle, quack grass, leafy spurge (Euphorbia esula or Euphorbia virgata), field bindweed, Russian knapweed (Centaurea picris), hoary cress (Lepidium draba, Lepidium repens, and Hymenophysa pubescens), dodder, or any similar unwanted vegetation over eight inches in height.
