§ 93.05 ABSENCE OF NOTICE.
   Absence of notice to owners or tenants to remove a hazardous, dangerous, or unsafe tree or plant from the city right-of-way or boulevard, shall not be so construed as to release the owners or tenants of real estate from the duty of keeping the trees and plants in good and safe condition.
