§ 93.04 FAILURE TO REMOVE HAZARDOUS TREES.
   If an owner fails to remove a hazardous tree after notice from the city, the city may do so at the owner’s expense. The cost of removal shall be assessed against the premises and to the extent allowed by law is a lien upon the lot or parcel of land adjacent thereto and may be enforced or the amount may be recovered by a suit before any court of competent jurisdiction.
