STRUCTURAL STANDARDS AND NUISANCE ABATEMENT ORDINANCE OF BIG SPRING, TEXAS
Sec. 2-287. Chairperson.
   The city council shall appoint one member to be the chairperson of the board. The board shall then elect a vice-chairperson and secretary from among the members.
