(a) The records control schedules designated as local schedules EL, GR, PS, PW, TX, UT and LC of the state library and archives commission are hereby adopted as the official schedules for departments of the city.
(b) In the event that the above local schedules are amended or otherwise changed by the state library and archives commission, said amendments or changes shall be incorporated and have full force and affect.
