(a) Supply-based triggers. Wholesale supplier's (CRMWD) drought Stage I.
(b) Stage I will begin: Every April 1. No notice to TCEQ required.
(c) Stage I will end: Every September 30. No notice to TCEQ required.
(d) Water supply system is unable to deliver water due to the failure or damage of major water system components, supply source becomes contaminated, power outage, grid failure, natural disaster, or extreme weather event.
(e) City measures. Stage I public notification will be designed to increase customer awareness of water conservation and encourage the most efficient use of water. A copy of the current public notification on water conservation awareness shall be kept on file available for inspection by the TCEQ.
(f) Voluntary water use restrictions. Water customers are requested to voluntarily limit the use of water for non-essential purposes and practice water conservation.
