(8) NPDES—National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System.
(9) POTW—publicly owned treatment works.
(10) SIC—Standard Industrial Classification.
(11) SWDA—Solid Waste Disposal Act, 42 USC 6901 et seq.
(12) TSS—total suspended solids.
