SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE OF BIG SPRING, TEXAS
STRUCTURAL STANDARDS AND NUISANCE ABATEMENT ORDINANCE OF BIG SPRING, TEXAS
Sec. 50-27. Installations shall be made under the supervision of the city.
   All water and wastewater system extensions made under the provisions of this article shall be constructed in accordance with current city standards and plans and specifications that have been approved by the city council. The city shall inspect and test all water and wastewater systems installed in accordance with this article.
