Sec. 48-214. Criminal penalty.
   (a)   Any business or person commits an offense if they violate any provision of this article applicable to them.
   (b)   Any business or person violating any prohibition, requirement, duty or provision of this article shall be deemed to have committed a Class C misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.00.
   (c)   It shall be a defense to prosecution of any violation of this article that a person violated this article while acting to prevent imminent death or bodily injury to any person involved in an accident or at the direction of a peace officer.
