Sec. 48-200. Discretion of police department.
   In order to protect the public health and safety, a police officer on scene at any situation necessitating towing service shall at all times retain the sole discretion to determine the type (medium or heavy-duty) of tow truck suitable and/or the need for any other specialized tow truck for any particular situation regardless of the rotation call list.
