No tow company may subcontract its two-week rotation to another tow company service. Additionally, no tow company may subcontract or choose another tow company to assist with a police tow or respond in their place. If the on-call needs additional assistance outside of their tow company, the tow truck driver is to advise an officer on scene at which time the next on-call tow company will be contacted to respond and assist.
