Sec. 48-123. Parking along parade route.
   The police officer in charge of traffic, under the supervision of the chief of police, is hereby authorized, whenever, in his judgement, it is necessary to prohibit or restrict the parking of vehicles along a street or part thereof constituting a part of the route of a parade or procession, to erect temporary traffic signs to that effect. It shall be unlawful to park or leave unattended any vehicle in violation of such signs.
