Sec. 48-88. Removal of unauthorized signs, signals, etc.
   Every sign, signal or marking prohibited by Texas Transportation Code § 544.006 is hereby declared to be a public nuisance, and the city manager, when authorized by the city council, is hereby empowered to remove the same or cause it to be removed without notice.
