STRUCTURAL STANDARDS AND NUISANCE ABATEMENT ORDINANCE OF BIG SPRING, TEXAS
Sec. 48-21. Washing or repairing vehicles on street or alley.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to wash or repair, or assist in washing or repairing, any automobile or other motor vehicle on any paved street or alley in the city; provided, however, that repairs may be made in case of emergency.
