STRUCTURAL STANDARDS AND NUISANCE ABATEMENT ORDINANCE OF BIG SPRING, TEXAS
Sec. 48-4. Riding on portion of vehicle.
   No person shall ride on any vehicle or upon any portion thereof not designated or intended for the use of passengers. This provision shall not apply to employees engaged in the necessary discharge of a duty, or to persons riding within truck bodies in space intended for merchandise.
