STRUCTURAL STANDARDS AND NUISANCE ABATEMENT ORDINANCE OF BIG SPRING, TEXAS
Sec. 2-138. Returned checks, service charge.
   A service charge of $25.00 shall be levied against the drawer of any bill of exchange payable to the city and not honored by the drawer. Anyone levying a bill of exchange not honored by the drawer more than two times shall be disallowed to make payment by check at the discretion of the finance director.
