Sec. 2-137. Exemption of city from garnishment.
   Pursuant to V.T.C.A., Local Government Code § 101.023, no fund of the city shall be subject to garnishment and neither the city nor any of its officers or agents shall ever be required to answer in any garnishment proceedings.
