Sec. 46-179. Bond for curb cuts.
   No person, other than a duly authorized employee of the city or a public utility, shall cut any existing curb, without first filing with the city a surety bond in the amount of $1,000.00 conditioned that the work will be done according to the city's standards and specifications.
