STRUCTURAL STANDARDS AND NUISANCE ABATEMENT ORDINANCE OF BIG SPRING, TEXAS
Sec. 46-40. Abandoning and vacating city streets, alleys or easements; administrative charges assessed.
   There is hereby assessed an administrative charge for the abandoning and vacating of city streets, alleys or easements. Such fee shall be as established in chapter 22.
