STRUCTURAL STANDARDS AND NUISANCE ABATEMENT ORDINANCE OF BIG SPRING, TEXAS
Sec. 46-7. Discharge of wastewater on streets or sidewalks.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to run wash or wastewater of any description from filling stations, buildings, or any private property onto or upon sidewalks, streets, alleys, or other public passageway within the city.
