The marking of the legal address, not including the street name, of a property on the face of the concrete curb and gutter adjoining the property is lawful only if it is in accordance with the following:
(1) Maximum height: Six inches.
(2) Maximum width: Number of characters required multiplied by 6-inches plus 12-inches.
(3) Maximum number: Two each per legal address.
(4) Logos: A graphical symbol may be allowed providing it does not add to the maximum width and is not objectionable to the neighboring property owners or is offensive to the general public.
