STRUCTURAL STANDARDS AND NUISANCE ABATEMENT ORDINANCE OF BIG SPRING, TEXAS
Sec. 46-3. Sidewalk obstructions.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to display any merchandise on any sidewalk or place thereon any obstruction, sign, containers, scales, or anything that would in any way interfere with pedestrians.
