(a) A delinquent fee shall be added to all landfill bills not paid on or before the due date. The delinquent fee shall be an amount equal to ten percent of the total of said bill.
(b) Any form of monetary payment may be used to satisfy a delinquent account. However, payment by check will only be accepted from customers who have never had a returned check with the city. Payment must be received before the water will be restored.
(c) Accounts that are delinquent at the time of this ordinance passing shall be assessed the late fee.
