If any person is not physically capable of accessing a city-furnished 1½ or three-yard container for proper disposal of garbage or trash, that person may request that an individual roll-out trash container be provided for their individual use. Requests shall be made in writing to the public works director and a statement from a licensed physician, that of which shall be updated annually, is required. Failure to update the required physician's statement on an annual basis will result in the removal of the container.
