Sec. 44-6. Waste not collected by city sanitation department.

   (a)   The following material shall not be collected by the city sanitation department and therefore shall not be placed in city-furnished containers:

      (1)   Manure from private stables;

      (2)   Offal and refuse from animals and fowl;

      (3)   Night soil;

      (4)   Dead animals and fowl;

      (5)   Building/construction materials;

      (6)   Furniture;

      (7)   Brush/trimmings; and

      (8)   All other waste not mentioned in section 44-1, hereinafter called "refuse."

   (b)   The above-described waste shall be kept in a suitable receptacle separate from the containers furnished by the city and shall not be dumped in the alleys or retained on the premises so as to become a nuisance, and the same shall be properly disposed of by the owner thereof.
