STRUCTURAL STANDARDS AND NUISANCE ABATEMENT ORDINANCE OF BIG SPRING, TEXAS
Sec. 44-2. Penalty.
   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $5.00 for each offense.
