Sec. 40-496. Responsibility of lessee's sponsoring programs.
   Any organization leasing the SM Energy Pavilion and sponsoring a program shall be directly responsible for fully informing all principals under its sponsorship of the provisions of this article and contract provisions. A lessee shall be held liable for any damage or unpaid charge accrued by those sponsored.
