Sec. 40-493. Limitation on binding effect of reservations.
   Reservations for the SM Energy Pavilion shall not be binding until the signed contract and the deposit required by section 40-494 have been remitted to the city, except that a reasonable time necessary for communications and mail service shall be observed.
