(a) Any individual or group, upon execution of a rental agreement and advance payment of the rental fee in the amount prescribed herein to the city, may reserve and have use of the SM Energy Pavilion. The rental fee for the SM Energy Pavilion shall be $100.00 per day. An additional one-time per use, refundable deposit of $100.00 shall be assessed at the time of rental and due prior to use of the facility. Following the use of the facility, all necessary cleaning or repair expenses shall be paid and the deposit balance refunded. Concession may be granted, with prior notification to the city, for the sale, distribution, or consumption of articles of food or drink.
(b) Furthermore, any individual who rents the SM Energy Pavilion (or any other approved facility or location) as required by ordinance will have the option of renting the City of Big Spring portable restroom trailer in conjunction to assist with having restrooms on site for use. A one-time per use, refundable deposit of $100.00 shall be assessed at the time of rental and due prior to use of the facility along with a one-time $150.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. The rental fees for the Portable Restroom Trailer shall be $25.00 per hour, if the facility extends past four hours it will be charged at S100.00 per half day (up to six hours) rental or $200.00 per full day rental (over six but less than 24 hours of a calendar day). If rental requires going to another calendar day, it will be required to be rented for the 2nd consecutive day. Following the use of the facility, all necessary cleaning or repair expenses shall be paid and the deposit balance refunded.
